Once a refund has been processed, it takes 10 to 14 days to come through.
It goes back to the payment method you originally paid with.
Why it takes that long
Two things happen. We process the refund at our end, which is quick, and then your bank or card provider clears it, which is the part that takes the time.
If it has been longer than 14 days
Email us at hello@lucyandlolashop.com with your order number and we will check it and tell you exactly when it was sent.
It is worth having a careful look at your statement first, as a refund can be easy to miss depending on how your bank displays it.
