If you are past the 3 week mark and have not heard from us, please do write in. Email hello@lucyandlolashop.com with your order number and we will tell you where your item actually is and when it is going out.
The usual reasons an order runs long
- We are waiting on a fabric or colour to come back into stock.
- Your proof went through several rounds of changes, and each round adds a day or two.
- Your order includes more than one item and we are holding it so it can be sent together.
If any of those apply to you, we should have been in touch already. If we have not been, we have got that wrong and we would like to know.
If you have a date to hit
Tell us the date and why it matters, whether that is a birthday, a gift, or something harder. Please flag it clearly in your email and we will come back to you quickly, and be honest with you about whether it can be done.
