Every item is made to order in our Cambridge studio, so the honest answer is 2 to 3 weeks from the day you order to the day it arrives. Here is where that time goes.

Your proof. Your pet is designed from your photo and emailed to you as a proof to look at.
Any changes. Revisions are unlimited and nothing is stitched until you are happy. Each round does add a day or two to the total.
Making your item. Your portrait is stitched, checked, and any sleeve embroidery is added.
Dispatch. You will get an email with tracking as soon as it is on its way.
What most often adds time
Most orders go out inside the 2 to 3 week window. When one runs longer, it is usually one of these:
- We are waiting on a fabric or colour to come back into stock.
- Your proof went through several rounds of changes.
- Your order has more than one item and we are holding it to send together.
If you need it for a particular date
Tell us when you order and we will tell you honestly whether we can make it. We would much rather say no in advance than miss the date.
