Yes, as long as your item has not gone into production yet. Email hello@lucyandlolashop.com with your order number and what you would like changed, and we will confirm once it is done.
The cut off
Once your item has gone into production it is already being made to your original details, so we cannot change it after that point.
The safest moment to check everything is when your proof arrives. That is the point where every part of your order is still easy to change.
If you have moved house
Contact us anyway, even if your order has already gone out. Depending on where it has got to, we may be able to do something with the courier, and we will tell you either way.
Clearance items
If the product title begins with CLEARANCE, the size and colour cannot be changed. There is no other stock for us to move you to. If you would rather not have the item at all, our cancellation terms apply as normal.
Changing to a different product
Get in touch as early as you can and we will tell you whether it is still possible. If it is, and there is a price difference, we will send you an invoice for it, and the swap goes ahead once that is paid.
