You can cancel free of charge any time before we send you your proof.
Once we have sent your proof, your pet has already been designed from your photo, so there is a £10 charge to cover that design time. The rest of your order is refunded.
Once your item has gone into production we cannot cancel it, because it is already being made for you. If your circumstances have changed and you are in that position, email us anyway and we will see what we can do.

When your refund arrives
Refunds take 10 to 14 days to come through once they have been processed. If it has been longer than that, do let us know.
