What to include
You will get a proper answer faster if you tell us:
- Your order number, if you have one. It is in your confirmation email.
- What has happened, in your own words.
- A photo, if it is something we need to see, like a fault or a delivery problem.
If you have messaged us on social media
We do pick up messages on social media, but anything to do with an order you have already placed is better by email. That is where we can see your order, and it keeps everything about it in one place.
If your question is urgent
Say so, and say why, in the first line. A date that matters, a memorial, or something that has gone wrong with a gift are all things we will pull forward, and we would rather know at the start than find out three replies in.
If you would rather a person looked at it
Just ask. If a reply has not helped, or you would like someone to go through your order properly, say so and we will pick it up.
