Ordering takes a couple of minutes. Here is the whole thing.
1. Choose your item
Pick the product you would like from the website, then choose your size and colour on that page. Our fit is unisex and roomy, so have a look at Sizing and fit first if you are not sure which to take.
2. Choose your options
Everything you can add sits on the same product page, under the item information.
Please set these before you add to basket. Once your item has gone into production we cannot add to it, so the start is the easy moment to get it right.
3. Upload your pet's photo
You upload the photo on the product page as part of customising your item. There is no breed or pet type to select anywhere, and you do not need to tell us what kind of animal it is. We work from the photo.
If you would rather send it afterwards, or you forgot, that is completely fine. Email it to hello@lucyandlolashop.com quoting your order number and we will match it up.
4. We send you a proof
Your pet is designed from your photo and emailed to you within 3 days. Revisions are unlimited before anything is stitched, and we answer them within 48 hours.
5. We make and send your item
Allow 2 to 3 weeks in total from order to doorstep. You will get an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.
If something on the website is not behaving
If a field will not accept your photo, an option is missing, or the page does something you are not expecting, email us at hello@lucyandlolashop.com and tell us what you are seeing. It is much quicker for us to look than for you to keep trying.
